Hot-Pressed Diamond Core Bit for Geological Exploration

Hot-Pressed Diamond Core Bits are developed for geological exploration, mineral exploration, deep core drilling and rock sampling applications. The hot-pressed diamond matrix combines diamond particles with a wear-resistant metal matrix, allowing the bit to maintain stable cutting performance during continuous core drilling.

Different matrix hardness grades can be selected according to rock hardness, abrasiveness and fracture conditions, helping improve drilling efficiency and bit life.

Engineered for stable cutting and reliable core recovery

Six design advantages behind the Hot-Pressed Diamond Core Bit.

Used across exploration, deep drilling and sampling projects

This hot-pressed diamond core bit is suitable for geological exploration, deep core drilling and rock sampling. Other applications include mineral exploration, engineering geological investigation and hydrological investigation.

Applications Exploration géologique Continuous rock cores for geological surveys and subsurface research. Rock Sampling Preserving rock core structure for accurate laboratory analysis. Deep Core Drilling Stable cutting performance for continuous core drilling at depth. Suitable Rock Formations Suitable for soft, medium and hard formations, depending on matrix hardness and crown design. Sandstone Limestone Dolomite Shale Mudstone Marble Gneiss Granite Other Abrasive or Compact Rock ⚠️ Note: Actual drilling performance depends on rock abrasiveness, fractures, drilling parameters, matrix grade and operating conditions.

Bottom-Discharge Design for difficult formations

Bottom-discharge hot-pressed diamond core bits are available for loose, sandy or fractured formations where core recovery is difficult.

Choose the matrix grade for your formation

The matrix hardness should be selected according to rock hardness and abrasiveness.

Standard models and dimensions

Available in BQ, NQ, HQ, PQ, NTW and HTW series. Bottom-discharge versions are available for selected models.
